Hello , we are staying for the first time in January and we are thinking of not renting a car and wanted to know if there where shops and things to do in the area with having to rent a car for the week ?

Thank you for commenting on our new website. There is plenty to do here without a car. There is a trolley that can take you to Clearwater or Pinellas Bay. Some great areas with shopping and restaurants are John’s Pass, which is one mile away, Corey Avenue, which is two miles away, and St. Pete Beach, which is three miles away. When you arrive, our front desk staff can tell you more about what is within walking distance!
